But the update later on for the specific keyboard (which also connects you to your cloud profile). So: The problem is not the Synapse installation of itself. I've restarted three times and with Synapse running everything seems OK. Although I was tired of repeating again the same procedure, I did it. This time the update said (it also included some Chroma changes in the update log) and the file was larger, around 60MB or something (I didn't think to capture a screenshot). I connected the keyboard again and the volume worked, but again I got a prompt for an update (as the keyboard was not in Synapse). Uninstalled again everything, repeating steps 1-3. So, the problem is not with the RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.0.87.116 which I used, but with the update later when I connect the keyboard. Ran the update, installed and it also connected to the cloud for my profile. Everything worked fine, the slider worked, but I got the notification that there is an update, as it now recognized my keyboard. Installed Synapse again, WITHOUT having the keyboard connected.Ĭonnected the keyboard. This includes remaining files, registry entries etc.
